Fuerteventura vibes 🌊
The whole vibe at this place was lekker-clean rooms, awesome sea views, and proper chilled brekkie with freshly made omelettes! The kids had a blast with all the daily activities and the mini disco!
The walk back up the hill after a day out was a bit of a mission, especially for the younger ones.

The staff were generally polite and
The overall atmosphere was cute. Some minor issues with room amenities and inconsistent dining experiences left much to be desired. The fun entertainment activities were a highlight for my kids .

Very good buffet. Clean pool. Evening program good. Location's top. Beach 10 minutes walk away. Very friendly staff. Ideal for children.
In the morning at breakfast you always had to be among the first visitors. Otherwise tables with garbage and dirty dishes take too long to be cleaned by employees

On-site spa facilities, engaging children's programming, availability of outdoor activities
The steep incline to the hotel was a struggle, especially for those with mobility challenges!!! Room key malfunctions were frustrating, requiring multiple trips to reception. A lack of clear signage contributed to disorientation on-site!!!

Beautiful plant with many palm trees, cacti etc. The cats lie comfortably in the sun. Waterfalls and good scent in the hotel lobby.
The fan blade on the ceiling was a little loose, so it squeaked while working.

great pool but food safety needs attention
The pool size was excellent. It looked like it needed urgent repairs. The dining area had a pleasant aroma thanks to the diffusers around the hotel. I especially enjoyed the sea view from my room, which enhanced my overall experience and relaxation.

Good price/quality relation the location the spa facilities
The variation in the food is far too low and we missed a good piece of meat, a good steak, a chickenleg etc Why do they cut supposedly good meat like veal, chicken is small pieces. We missed show-cooking once in a while. We had show-cooking in hotel barcela jandia playa belonging to the same group and with a very pricelevel. We were in different barcelo hotels, but this was by far the weakest for food.

Staff at reception was nice and helpful
Not a value for money you pay (paid 120 euro per night). Poor location on a hill where you have to take quite a walk after beach. Food is dissappointing, dirty dishes in main restaurant all the time, watered juices and drinks. Water in bathroom is not good and has strong smell of chemicals. Pool is very crowded and smell of clorine, old sunbeds, in general all equipment looks very old and tired

Our double room was nicely furnished, good sized. The location in a nice quiet area was nice and absolutely perfect and there were the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. Also, such main attraction as Esquinzo Beach was 5 km from this hotel. We ate at a private restaurant with basic food.

We had a very nice 1-day stay. The staff is very busy amidst the many tourists, helping, cleaning up, being very friendly and courteous. The tourists could, however, cut themselves a slice of this, since they sometimes behave like animals in the forest when it comes to food. Thank you for allowing us to be guests at your hotel.
